If you make contact via telephone and I am unable to reply immediately, then please leave me a message with your name and contact details, and I will aim to get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours, excluding weekends). Also it would be helpful if you can include in your message when you have availability to speak, for example: during your lunch break or after work. I will not return your call after 7pm in the evening or as mentioned on the weekends. If I am away or on training then I will contact you on my return.
Please confirm if you are okay with me leaving a voicemail message, when returning your call if for some reason I cannot get through.
Please note: I am based in the Roath area of Cardiff. Once we have agreed to meet I will send you a map of the location and information relating to things like parking and so forth.
